Barry R. Brooks has been an Agent with Nationwide Insurance since 1987. Since starting his own firm in 1989 as an independent agent, Mr. Brooks has successfully grown his agency to service over 6,000 clients within the state of Ohio. Mr. Brooks is a member of the Leadership Council, Association of Black Insurance Professionals and is a Notary for the State of Ohio.
During his career with Nationwide Insurance, Mr. Brooks has been the recipient of numerous agency awards for his persistence and dedication and has participated in many seminars and classes to educate the public.
In addition to his professional qualifications, Mr. Brooks takes pride in serving as Head Deacon at the Southeast Seventh-day Adventist Chruch (on the corner of Lee and Tarkington). Prior to his role as Head Deacon, Mr. Brooks severed as the Sabbath School Superintendent.
Mr. Brooks is married to the lovely Denise Brooks and has four children.
